Fourth call for projects The Fourth Call for Projects is open from 1st September 2026, to 30th October 2026 (13:00 PM, Lisbon Time). This targeted call focuses on capitalisation, scaling-up, transfer, and governance. Its objective is to accelerate the uptake and transfer of existing knowledge, solutions, and good practices across the Atlantic Area while delivering tangible policy impact before the end of the current Programme period. Projects funded under this call should build on proven results and be implemented swiftly and efficiently. Partnerships are therefore expected to bring together organisations with demonstrated expertise, a strong track record in cooperation projects, and solid experience in Programme management and implementation. Applications must address one of the Programme's four priorities: Priority 1 – Blue innovation and competitiveness; Priority 2 – Blue/Green environment; Priority 3 – m Blue sustainable and social tourism & culture; Priority 4 – A better governance for cooperation.
