IMPACT NETWORKS open call - 400,000 EUR for cross-border cooperation between Ukraine and Moldova

The EUroBRIDGE_UA_MD project announces the official launch, on 1 August 2026, of its first funding call: IMPACT NETWORKS. The call makes available a total budget of €400,000, with funding of up to €50,000 per project, to strengthen cross-border cooperation networks between Ukraine and Moldova. The call is open exclusively to three types of organisations: cluster organisations, digital innovation hubs (DIHs) and regional development agencies (RDAs). Each partnership submitted must include at least one entity from Moldova and one from the primary eligible area of Ukraine — the oblasts of Chernivtsi, Khmelnytskyi, Vinnytsia and Odesa, of the same type of organisation. The budget is divided equally, with €100,000 allocated to each of the three entity types, plus a flexible reserve of €100,000, awarded to the highest-scoring proposals regardless of type.
